This is the Interview plan workflow. The basic service uses your existing inbox for agreed applications and records only.
Send your résumé, any cover letter or transcript you already have, your target roles and the authorization details we need, by email or WeChat. You do not need every document to get started; we ask for an address or phone number only if it is missing from your résumé and needed for an application.
With your permission, we create a dedicated application inbox and put that same address on your résumé. AI helps us organize and adapt your materials, then we review them ourselves. You approve every change before use, and nothing is invented.
We agree the target roles and job list, then put the qualifying interview definition, service period, fee and refund terms in writing. Payment follows only after the materials, inbox, list and agreement are all confirmed.
Once everything is confirmed, you pay and we begin actual applications that evening. Each submission is recorded, and incoming messages are forwarded to your own email. The two-month period starts on the date of the first actual application.

For Interview plans, payment follows confirmation of the materials, dedicated inbox, job list and written agreement. Actual applications begin that evening. The two months start on the first actual application date; qualifying interviews and refund terms are agreed in advance.
These are pilot prices. We hope you will share your actual application results and experience so we can improve the process. We respect your privacy and leave personal details and application materials out of anything we share publicly.

We can also help with behavioral interviews, structured interview coaching and offer negotiations. Scope, fees and any outcome terms are discussed and confirmed separately in writing. These services are separate from the free prep guide included in Interview plans.

A few things to know
A live conversation with the hiring company counts, by phone, video or in person, including an HR screening call. Online assessments, one-way recorded interviews, calls from third-party recruiters or staffing agencies, and interviews from your own applications or referrals do not count. Only invitations from roles we applied to count, based on the invitation email or calendar invite. The two months start on the first actual application date. An invitation received during that period counts even if the interview takes place later. If you choose not to attend, it still counts. You can provide a do-not-apply list before we start, and we will leave those companies alone. These terms go into the written Interview plan agreement.
You can choose a target of 1, 2 or 3 qualifying interviews. Before you pay, we discuss your direction and whether there are enough suitable sponsorship-friendly openings over two months. If there are too few, we say so. In a group of three, each person gets 20% off their chosen plan. You do not need to choose the same level; each person has their own target and agreement.
For application services, payment follows confirmation of the materials, inbox, job list and written agreement, and actual applications begin that evening. An Interview plan runs for two months from the first actual application date. If we miss the agreed target, we refund 70% of the plan fee you paid to the original payment method within 7 business days after the service period ends. Basic applications and separate coaching follow their own terms and are not covered by this refund policy.
The basic service uses your existing inbox for agreed applications and records only. For Interview plans, we create a dedicated inbox with your permission, match the email on your résumé and forward messages to your own email. We agree the job list together, and you approve changes to materials before use. We do not ask for unrelated account passwords or verification codes, invent experience or misrepresent sponsorship needs.
Before you share materials by email or WeChat, we explain what we need and why. Only authorized people working on your service can access them. We keep them for 90 days by default. You can ask us by email to delete them at any time, and we will confirm once it is done.

Privacy
Sharing a résumé or transcript takes trust. Thank you for trusting us with yours. We use your materials only to discuss, assess and carry out the job-search support we agree with you. Only people authorized to work on your service can access them.
Kept for 90 days by default. Email the address below any time and we delete your information and files by hand, then confirm.
Please don’t send passwords or verification codes unrelated to your job search. Your experience and job-search progress are yours to share. When we publish practical advice, we leave out your personal information and application materials.
We’ll explain what information we need and how we’ll use it. Getting in touch or sending materials does not start a paid service. We agree on the work and fees with you before it begins.
